Application of technology in executing marketing & sales promotions is his expertise and is very well versed with all aspects of its execution. Fakhir is a director on Boards of Converge Technologies and Fortune Securities.
Fakhir likes playing cricket and volley ball, something he finds difficult with his ever increasing weight. |

With over 20 years of software experience, Hussain is one of the pioneers of computer science in Pakistan. Worked at Systems (Pvt) Ltd, IBM Pakistan and Hanover Outsourcing (Pvt) Ltd. Started as a programmer and moved to team leader and manager for a multitude of local and international software projects. The work at Hanover was pure management.

Rich Experience over 17 years in Telecommunication and Advertising. He has been one of the pioneers of Advertising in Pakistan and worked on nationwide launches of brands like Walls Ice Cream. He has worked with Orient Mccann Erickson handling Walls Ice Cream (Unilever Pakistan), United Bank Limited, Army Welfare Trust Accounts etc. Ahmed is also a pioneer in launching Mobile and Wireless Local loop services in Pakistan, working with Instaphone and TeleCard.

The figure guru for Converge Technologies is responsible for managing the finance & accounts which form the vertebrae of any organization. After completing his article-ship from A.F Ferguson & Co. (member firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers), Irfan has spent more than 6 years working in multinational and public limited companies in Pakistan including Pak-Arab Refinery Limited, Philips and Telecard and has been responsible for designing & managing various aspects of the accounting cycle and automation & implementation of financial systems. Unlike conventional accountants, Irfan is well tailored to changes in technology and has his eye on various aspects of the business rather than restricting himself to figure-work only.
Irfan is pretty jovial for a finance man, and soon would be publishing a book by the name of ‘1,000 jokes you should not crack with a Finance Manager’. Loves watching old movies and thoroughly believes in the proverb ‘old is gold’ |

Incharge of corporate sales, Khalid was honored with ‘Presidential Award for the Best Sales in IT Events’ in 2001. He has worked for Pakistan Navy, eCommerce Gateway, Mashriq Group of Newspapers, Telecard Ltd. Was in forefront of developing novel ideas for clients and has introduced Karachi City Guide in 2004.
Khalid is blessed with multi-talents and has launched his first music album ‘Khaista Yadoona’ (beautiful memories/phusto). None of us actually understand the lyrics but are forced to listen to them. |

Muhammad Ali Ghulam Muhammad

After working with Citibank and Smith New Court in London during early days of his professional career, Ali finalized a joint venture in 1994 in Pakistan with Indosuez W. I. Carr Securities, Asian brokerage arm of Credit Agricole, one of the largest French banks in the World. During Ali's 7 year tenure as the CEO, the company became the largest and the best rated brokerage house in Pakistan . He then decided to change his focus from a pure stock brokerage manager and owner to an entrepreneur setting various businesses.
Besides Converge, Ali has been the driving force behind creation and success of following companies in different parts of the world:
1. Threesixtydegreez, an IT software house with offices in the USA , Canada and Pakistan ;
2. Inbox Business Technologies (Pvt.) Limited, presently the largest IT company in Pakistan with sales in excess of Rs.1 billion. Inbox is the only well known Pakistani computer brand with more than 20 offices all over the country;
3. Synergy Management Consulting LLC, a newly established management consulting company in the UAE with primary focus on real estate development;
4. AllAgro (Pvt.) Ltd. and AllAgro Real Estate (Pvt.) Ltd., companies focusing on agro based product domestic and international selling with a vision to introduce Corporate Farming in Pakistan ;
5. Fortune Securities Ltd., a large stockbrokerage and investment banking firm in Pakistan , expanding now in the areas of asset management, regional equity distribution and commodity brokerage operations.
